  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Handcrafted items may require additional time for preparation, but we will notify you promptly if there are any delays.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Dispatch Time: After your order is processed, it will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is typically between 3 to 7 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

    Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, weather conditions, or logistical delays).


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order.

  • We offer free shipping on prepaid orders, for COD order 100Rs extra is charged

  • If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be displayed during checkout for your approval before completing the purchase.


4. Delivery Locations

  • We currently ship within India.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • You can track your order through the carrier’s website or contact us for assistance with tracking.


6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at support@houseofweaves.co.in within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • It is important that you provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including your address, contact details, and postal code.

  • House of Weaves is not responsible for orders that are delayed or not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of purchase.

  • If you notice any errors in your shipping information after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@houseofweaves.co.in, and we will make the necessary changes if the order hasn’t been processed yet.


8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or international locations.

  • If shipping restrictions apply to your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to resolve the issue.
