1.3 Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and documentation intact. We will not accept items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way.

1.5 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

1.6 Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.


2. Exchanges

2.1 Eligibility for Exchanges
We do not typically accept exchanges due to the handmade nature of our products. However, if your item is defective or damaged, we will be happy to offer an exchange for the same product or a replacement of equal value.

To initiate an exchange:

2.3 Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • For exchanges due to defects or errors on our part, we will cover the shipping cost.

  • If you are requesting an exchange for a reason other than a defect or damage, you will be responsible for the return and new shipping costs.


3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., items with initials or custom prints).

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way.


4. Cancellations

  • Cancellation is possible if your order has not been dispatched.

  • Cancellation is not possible once the item has been shipped or is in transit.
